Mark Maker has produced over more than 1000 Fluid Bed Bowl Inverters, making us the world leader in such technology. No matter what brand of fluid bed you own, new or old, we can (and have) made a system to safely lift, invert and discharge the bowl.
We are also Masters at integrating mills and screeners into the machines for a one-step process saving substantial process time and increasing GMP by keeping the process totally enclosed.
It is an equipment operated hydraulically or mechanically for lift and Tippering FBD bowl loaded with dried granules. Content of the bowl is transffered smoothly to a granulating equipment and through it to a BIN or IPC container. It provides completely dust free operation and eliminates tedious scooping or manual handling.

The process consist of bringing the FBD bowl beneath the tipper. The inverted cone of the tipper is lowered so that the brim flange of the bowl touches the brim flange of the bowl touches the brim flange of the inverted cone. Both are then clamped togather with quick fixing clamp.

The whole assembly is raised hydraulically to the required height and then roated mechanically to 180 degree on Msaxis and lowered to a suitable height to align with the receiving equipment.
