 The MMPE has developed the most effective and efficient operation of tablet tube filling and capping machine, where the tablets are fed through pushing mechanism smoothly into tubes. This method makes it possible to fill large numbers of tablets into elongated plastic / aluminum tubes within shortest possible time, without exposing product to any mechanical stress. Therefore, it suits to handle fragile products like large diameter tablets.

Fully Automatic Tablet Tube Filling and Capping Machine will be based on technical specifications derived from User Requirement Specification, cGMP requirements, performance requirements and control logics as approved by the client in the Design Qualification.

 

          Empty tubes are loaded manually in the tube hopper from where it will be automatically forwarded to the filling station through gravity motion from SS hopper.

Tablets loaded into vibrating hopper from there tablets enter into tablet table where it will be channelized through guide tracks according to no. of fillings required.

 

         The distance can be easily adjusted as per odd-even counts of tablets.

         The table also omits tablets having rejection such as broken tablets through holes made on rejecting guide track before entering tablets into guide tracks.

 

         Once tablet count is accurate it will be further pushed through specially designed feeder where tubes are also in motion with tablets and tablets will be pushed along with caps.

If any of the variables is absent machine will immediately be stopped and operator has to correct the empty gap.
